Tax-Free Childcare is a government scheme that allows eligible working families to receive up to £2 for every £8 they pay into their childcare account (up to government limits). These funds can be used towards wraparound care and holiday clubs with registered providers.

Childcare vouchers are an employer-supported scheme (now closed to new applicants but still used by some families) that can also be used to pay for eligible childcare sessions.

Enrichment days delivered directly through schools may not always qualify, depending on how they are booked and funded. Please contact us if you’re unsure.

Simply log into your Government Childcare Account and search for 360 Vision as your childcare provider. Once you make a payment through the platform, we will receive the funds directly and allocate them to your booking.

We accept most major childcare voucher providers. If you are unsure whether your provider is supported, please contact us before making payment.

Yes — as long as the provision is Ofsted-registered and meets eligibility criteria, funding can usually be used across both services.

Where possible, we aim to support families with multiple children. Please contact us to find out whether sibling discounts are available at your child’s setting.

Yes. Families claiming Universal Credit may be able to reclaim a percentage of their childcare costs. Payments are usually made upfront and reimbursed through your Universal Credit claim.
