About Our Wrap Around Care
Our Berkhamsted wraparound provision is based in the heart of the town at Kings Road Church, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for children before and after the school day. We currently offer safe, reliable collections from Greenway Primary School, Bridgewater Primary School, Victoria Primary School, and Swing Gate Primary School making it easy for families across Berkhamsted to access high quality care.
With both before- and after-school provision available, children enjoy structured activities, active sessions, and time to relax with friends in a safe and inclusive setting. Our Berkhamsted location reflects the 360 Vision approach - supporting children’s wellbeing, confidence, and development, while offering parents flexible, dependable wraparound care they can trust.
Booking & Payments - Pebble
All bookings for 360 Vision wraparound care are managed through Pebble, our secure and easy-to-use online booking system. Pebble allows parents and carers to manage bookings, payments, and child information in one convenient place, giving you full control and visibility at all times.
Once registered, you can:
- Book before - and after-school sessions quickly and easily
- View upcoming sessions and availability
- Make payments securely online
- Update your child’s details, permissions, and emergency contacts
Pebble is accessible via desktop and mobile, making it simple to manage your bookings whenever it suits you. Clear instructions are provided during registration, and our team is always on hand to support you if you need help getting started.
Using Pebble helps us ensure accurate registers, smooth daily operations, and the highest levels of safety and care for your child.
Childcare Funding & Payments - Poncho Pay
360 Vision is an OFSTED registered provider, allowing eligible families to access government childcare funding to support the cost of our wraparound care. To make this process simple and secure, we use Poncho Pay, which integrates seamlessly with our Pebble booking system.
Poncho Pay enables parents to:
- Use government childcare funding and tax-free childcare
- Make secure online payments
- Link funded hours directly to booked sessions in Pebble
Once your child is registered on Pebble, you can connect your account to Poncho Pay to apply funding and manage payments in one smooth process. This integration reduces administration, ensures accurate billing, and gives parents confidence that funding is being applied correctly.

Session Costs
We offer flexible wraparound care options to suit your family’s needs:
- Full Day (Before & After School Care): £35 per child
- After School Care Only: £25 per child
- Before School Care Only: £12 per child
For families new to 360 Vision, we are pleased to offer a free trial session, giving your child the opportunity to experience our provision and allowing you to see everything we have to offer before committing.
Government childcare funding and tax-free childcare can be used where eligible, as we are an OFSTED-registered provider.
