About our Wrap Around Care
Our Broom Farm wraparound provision is proudly based on the Broom Farm military estate and is exclusively available to service families. Located in the Poppies building at the heart of the estate, our setting is easily accessible, providing convenient, trusted care within the community it serves.
We offer before- and after-school provision with safe collections from Alexander First School, Homer First School, and Dedworth Green First School, ensuring children are supported throughout the school day. Designed to meet the unique needs of military families, our provision offers a familiar, secure environment where children can thrive, build friendships, and enjoy structured, enriching activities close to home.
By being based directly on the estate, we provide families with reassurance, flexibility, and continuity of care within a supportive military community.

At 360 Vision, we are proud to support service families and recognise the unique challenges that military life can bring. Frequent relocations, deployments, and changing schedules can place additional pressures on both parents and children, making reliable, understanding childcare essential.
We are committed to providing a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment where children from service families feel secure, valued, and supported. Our team understands the importance of routine, stability, and positive relationships, helping children build confidence, resilience, and friendships within their community.
By offering high-quality wraparound care within military estates and working closely with families, we aim to reduce stress for parents and provide reassurance that their children are cared for by a trusted provider who understands service life. Funding & Payment Information for Service Families
For service families using our Broom Farm wraparound provision, childcare costs must be paid using Tax-Free Childcare. As an OFSTED-registered provider, 360 Vision is eligible to accept Tax-Free Childcare payments.
Service families should be aware that childcare costs are not paid directly through JPA. Instead, the process works as follows:
- Book and pay for sessions using Tax-Free Childcare
Payments for wraparound care must be made through your Tax-Free Childcare account and applied via our booking and payment systems. - Retain your payment records
Once payment has been made, you can download or keep confirmation of payments as evidence. - Claim childcare support back through JPA
Eligible service personnel can then submit a claim through JPA in line with current MOD childcare support policies.
This process ensures families can access both Tax-Free Childcare and MOD childcare support, while allowing us to manage bookings and payments accurately and compliantly.

Booking & Payments - Pebble
All bookings for 360 Vision wraparound care are usually managed through Pebble, our secure and easy-to-use online booking system. Pebble allows parents and carers to manage bookings, payments, and child information in one convenient place, giving you full control and visibility at all times.although you will book through TFC we will add your booking onto this system for our records.
Once registered, you can:
- Book before - and after-school sessions quickly and easily
- View upcoming sessions and availability
- Make payments securely online
- Update your child’s details, permissions, and emergency contacts
Pebble is accessible via desktop and mobile, making it simple to manage your bookings whenever it suits you. Clear instructions are provided during registration, and our team is always on hand to support you if you need help getting started.
Using Pebble helps us ensure accurate registers, smooth daily operations, and the highest levels of safety and care for your child.
Once you have booked through tax free childcare we will add your booking onto our pebble system.
